Hi everyone, thank you for joining me on this incredible journey through what I consider the most beautiful and vital area in the world โ Conservation and Wildlife Management๐(for me). I am thrilled to share with you the story behind the "CONSERVATION EXPLORER PROGRAM," which has evolved significantly over the years.
Before its current name, the program was initially known as "Birdwatching Chile," a project I started with a former partner back in 2012. As tour operators, we focused on exploring nature and using it as a platform to teach people about wildlife and their natural habitats. The goal was to create a meaningful connection between humans and the environment, fostering a deep appreciation for the incredible biodiversity that exists in Chile.
However, due to various reasons and other commitments, we faced challenges, and unfortunately, the project had to be put on hold. But as they say, every ending is a new beginning. Fast forward to 2023, and I'm excited to announce that the program has been revitalized with a new name and a fresh purpose. Now, as the "CONSERVATION EXPLORER PROGRAM," we are ready to embark on this journey once again, with renewed enthusiasm and determination.
This time, the program is even more robust and comprehensive, thanks to the valuable lessons learned from our previous endeavor. We have gathered more knowledge and experience, allowing us to better educate and engage our participants in the wonders of conservation and wildlife management. But that's not all; we have also expanded our horizons and included another incredible country in our itinerary โ South Africa.
South Africa, with its diverse landscapes and magnificent wildlife, presents an entirely new canvas for our conservation efforts. Through immersive experiences in South Africa's wilderness, we aim to inspire a greater sense of responsibility and understanding for the protection of wildlife and their ecosystems.
I am incredibly happy to embark on this journey once again, armed with a wide range of tools and a renewed dedication to this important cause. My ultimate hope is that my future students will find as much joy and wonder in this exploration as I do. With our new name and refreshed logo, I am confident that the "CONSERVATION EXPLORER PROGRAM" will be recognized and respected by all who share our passion for conservation and wildlife.
Thank you for being a part of this adventure, and I can't wait to share more with you as we embark on this transformative and awe-inspiring journey together. Let's work together to make a positive impact on the world we cherish!
